Financial requirements:

  • Minimum paid-up or accumulated capital: RM750,000

  • For Branch Offices without stated paid-up capital:

    • Declaration of company financial details is required

    • Upload audited financial information from the country of origin

5. Malaysian Technical Personnel Requirement

Foreign contractors must employ:

  • A minimum of two (2) Malaysian technical personnel

  • Personnel must hold a degree related to the construction field

  • At least one personnel must have a minimum of five (5) years construction experience

  • Years of experience are calculated from the date the degree was awarded

  • Valid only for the specific project(s) stated
  • Cannot be used for other construction projects
  • Non-transferable
