  • Company registration certificate (SSM/Sarawak/Sabah/ROS/LLP)

Contractor Grades (G1 – G7)
CIDB offers various types of licences based on the scope of work and project size. Below are the main categories:

Construction Contractors (G1 – G7)
This licence is based on the maximum project value that can be undertaken:

  • G1 — Projects up to RM200,000

  • G2 — Projects up to RM500,000

  • G3 — Projects up to RM1 million

  • G4 — Projects up to RM3 million

  • G5 — Projects up to RM5 million

  • G6 — Projects up to RM10 million

Civil Works Contractors
Licences according to the type of civil works involved:

  • CE — Civil Engineering

Specialist Contractors
